Icing smoother in anodised aluminium by PME Cake, perfect for creating a smooth finish on the top of your cakes when applying the icing.
Easy to use: apply the icing to the top of the cake with a palette knife, then run the ruler across the top of the cake at an angle, back and forth, to create a smooth surface.
