Description
This silicone pastry brush with a plastic handle from Spanish brand IBILI is made from 100% heat-resistant silicone.
It is 24 cm long, ideal for comfortably brushing any product of your choice onto food that is already being prepared, such as meats that are roasting and need extra seasoning.
You'll use this kitchen utensil to brush food that needs an attractive finish with everyday ingredients such as egg, oil, butter, chocolate, cream, etc. For example, you'll give an excellent, glossy finish to the surface of your pasties with a few brushstrokes of egg yolk, or present a soft sponge cake with a caramelised layer on top using this simple silicone brush.
