Sea bream, trout, char, mackerel: you can prepare them with the fish holder up to a length of 35 cm. Either simply belly-down, or refined with herbs, lemon and the like, back-down. The fish holder can be used in the oven as well as on the barbecue. Its three supports, which move easily and steplessly, are greased and then set to the size of the fish. Then place the fish in and cook it without it sliding around.
