Good morning, For a 60 cm paella pan, the flat 40 cm paella gas burner is a suitable combination. About the regulator/gas kit: 37 mbar : this is the one used with propane on compatible low-pressure models. 28–30 mbar ; if you're going to use butane this is correct and sufficient for this paella gas burner. 50 mbar : it isn't specifically approved (this is usually stated on the paella gas burner's own plate), but on some occasions, with a higher gas demand, it can give better performance Therefore, for this 40 cm paella gas burner the 30 mbar regulator is sufficient. Description

This kit is recommended for classic 50 and 60 cm burners and flat 50 cm burners.

This kit includes everything you need to connect the burner to the gas bottle safely.

It is made up of a 50 g/cm² gas regulator valve, 1.5 metres of butane hose and 2 safety clips.

For classic burners under 50 cm, the gas kit with a 30 mbar regulator, also available in our shop, is sufficient.

All components comply with safety regulations.
