Can the 40 cm flat paella gas burner be fitted to the 60 cm barbecue without any problems? I'm interested in the kit, but I'd prefer the flat model instead of the round classic one.

Hello David, for the 60 cm barbecue the manufacturer recommends the classic 40 cm and 45 cm paella gas burners, and among the flat ones the 40 cm, so although we haven't tried it ourselves, it should work for you without any problem. Kind regards.

Hello Sergi, the barbecue sizes — 40, 50, 60 or 70 cm — are the external diameter, and the outer plates are about 2 mm, so the internal diameter is a little under half a centimetre less than the external one. The 50 cm one, for example, will be 49.6 cm, and on the round-grill models you can use the whole interior for the embers, as the grill takes up the entire inside. The square-grill ones are a little cheaper, but they do have areas that aren't used for cooking. As for delivery, it isn't included in the price, but all orders to mainland Spain over €70 are free for the customer. Kind regards.

Hello, is the round grill adjustable in height? For example, when the embers are very hot, to place it higher up so the meat doesn't burn. Or when there are logs taking up more space. In the photo I can't make out what kind of supports the grill rests on, or whether there are several heights. Thanks and regards.

Hello Sergio, the round grill rests on tabs welded to the sides. There's only one height for these tabs, but if you want to raise the grill a little you can also rest it on the paella pan supports, which are higher up. Kind regards.

Hi Manuel, the grate is tinned steel; the grates can be bought separately, but one is included. The paella burner is bought separately. The size depends on your needs — above all, if you're planning to fit a paella burner, think first about the burner you need and buy the barbecue size to match it. As for a flat or round paella burner, the flat one has some advantages over the round one, but the round one does its job perfectly well. Hello Ignacio. The round or square grills make no difference for making paellas, that's only for the barbecue side. With the 70 cm paella burner-barbecue you'll be able to make paellas of up to 80, even 90 cm. Best wishes.
