The Ibili Veneto is a moka-style stovetop coffee maker made from cast aluminium with a stainless steel base, suitable for induction and every other type of hob (ceramic, electric and gas). It brews the classic Italian espresso and does so with great energy efficiency on induction hobs. Non-stick interior and a bakelite handle

The inner body features a non-stick coating that improves hygiene, stops coffee clinging to the walls and makes emptying and rinsing far simpler. The bakelite handle stays cool during brewing, so you can lift the pot off and pour the coffee without burning yourself and without an oven glove. It is the same body and the same performance as the blue Toscana version, here in pastel pink.

Works on induction and every hob type

Its stainless steel base makes it compatible with induction, ceramic, electric and gas hobs. The cast aluminium distributes the heat evenly, warms the water gradually and protects the coffee's aroma against overheating. It is designed for everyday use in the home.

Three capacities available

• 6 cups — 300 ml, base 9.5 cm in diameter.
• 9 cups — 400 ml, base 10 cm in diameter.
• 12 cups — 600 ml, base 12 cm in diameter.

The cups correspond to espresso-style coffees. For higher consumption or for making coffee for several people at once, the 9 and 12-cup versions are the most practical.

Use and care

Add water to the lower chamber up to the valve, fit the filter with the ground coffee without pressing it down, screw both halves together firmly and place it over medium heat. As soon as the coffee has finished rising, take it off and serve. To keep its colour and its non-stick interior it is best to wash it by hand with warm water, avoiding metal scourers and strong detergents: it is not dishwasher safe. Dry it completely before storing.
