Is it a kettle? Or does it come with a filter for coffee or tea?

This model is a kettle only, but on the website you'll find filters and coffee pots and teapots with a filter.

To pour the hot water, do you necessarily have to lift the whistle? Thanks.

Hi Pak. Yes, you have to keep the whistle lifted. Regards.

Is it suitable for butane gas?

Hello Yolanda, yes it is suitable for butane gas. Best wishes.

Hello, I wanted to ask you a couple of questions about the Ibili whistling induction kettle: - does it come with any accessory inside, such as a tea filter? - are you sure it works on induction? I ask because I bought a similar one (stainless steel) and had to return it because it didn't work. - if it didn't work on induction and I had to return it, would the seller cover the return delivery costs and refund the full price of the product? Thanks and regards, Jaume

Hello Jaume. This model doesn't come with a filter. According to the manufacturer's catalogue it works on induction, and to date we haven't had any complaints about it. Small 2-cup coffee makers and the odd small utensil can be more problematic, but that's not because the item doesn't work on induction — it's because some hob models don't detect small items. In these cases the customer can return the product, but the delivery costs are borne by the customer, as it isn't a fault with the utensil but with the hob. Kind regards.
