The manufacturer SAMMIC offers a 12-month guarantee on all its products, extendable to 18 months by completing and returning the guarantee card. However, it is not unusual to see customers, and even professionals unfamiliar with the machinery, attempt to carry out the installations themselves; in these cases installation problems can arise, and it should be noted that the manufacturer is not liable for faults caused by incorrect installation, which completely voids the guarantee. This is why, when buying a new piece of equipment, we recommend arranging the official Sammic installation service.
