Pensaba que sería un producto fabricado por ibili, pero no. Es exactamente igual que otro que he tenido de la marca IRIS que apenas había rascado 2 quesos cuando empezaron a soltarse las sujecciones del queso de la base de madera y a torcerse la cuchilla.

Question: Good morning, would the 20 cm girolle you have work for Manchego cheeses??? Tête de Moine are smaller, but I need it for Manchego cheeses, which are usually 20 cm in diameter. Thanks
Answer: Hello César. The blade is 7 cm, and you have to add the spindle to that, so it works for cheeses up to approx. 16 cm. For larger cheeses, you have to trim the cheese down. Best regards.
