Description
Total I-Gloo by Silikomart Professional is a tray and lid ideal for storing and keeping, transporting, or displaying products.
Total I-Gloo is made entirely from highly resistant, non-deforming polycarbonate that withstands temperatures down to -60 °C without creating condensation, and can also be used in blast chillers.
They are stackable and measure 60 x 40 cm to fit the most common sizes used in patisseries and the HORECA sector; their height is 85 mm.
The complete transparency of the I-GLOO trays makes it easy to identify and check the products inside.
