This enamelled frying pan with a basket can be used with the basket for frying chips or other fried foods, or without the basket for soupy rice dishes, seafood rice and other stews.
The basket lets you drain off the oil much more quickly than with a slotted spoon.
What's more, the depth of the pan gives you more frying capacity in a single go compared with an ordinary frying pan.

Nunca había probado este tipo de sartenes. Me ha sorprendido muy agradablemente. Con ella he hervido pasta, he frito con el cestillo y sin él. No se pegan los alimentos y se limpia fácilmente.

La sarten tiene muy buen aspecto y el esmalte parece bastante solico. La unica pega que le pondría es al cestillo, que si se deja escurrir sin secar, se oxida en las soldaduras.
