Good morning, Before the first use, simply wash it with warm water and a little mild soap, rinse it and dry it well. A couple of recommendations to make it last: use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils rather than metal ones, avoid abrasive scourers when cleaning it and do not heat it empty over high heat. Hello. It works 100% on ceramic hobs, but most induction hobs don't detect it. It's designed for 2 sandwiches at once, with a cooking area of approximately 16 x 22 cm. Kind regards.

Hello Aurora, the manufacturer's specifications do state that it works on induction hobs, but we've found that some hobs don't recognise it, so we can't sell it as induction compatible. We don't have anything similar for induction hobs. Kind regards.

El producto me llegó rapidísimo. Al principio el pan se quedaba pegado en uno de los lados de la sandwichera y al ponerme en contacto con Hiperchef, se interesaron inmediatamente. Finalmente, con un par de usos más, la sandwichera funciona mucho mejor. La atención postventa: excelente.
