Description
Professional Cater Chef plate warming cabinets, holding plates at temperature, by Pujadas.
These plate warmers are made of stainless steel, double-walled and fully thermally insulated.
Plate warmer with a thermostat and a switch with an indicator light.
The interior shelves of these plate warmers are adjustable and removable.
The doors are built with heavily reinforced hinges, with two options: one or two doors.
These plate warmers are available in two capacities: 60 plates and 120 plates. Ideal for keeping plates warm at all times during service.
The maximum diameter of the plates that can be warmed is 32 cm.
The temperature range runs from 35 °C to 85 °C
