Deliveries to the Canary Islands
At Hiperchef.com we deliver to the Canary Islands via Correos.
How does it work?
Orders bound for the Canary Islands are invoiced without VAT, as the Canary Islands lie outside the European Union's fiscal territory for VAT purposes.
Delivery is carried out by Correos. Once the parcel arrives in the Canary Islands, it will go through customs clearance. Depending on the value and type of goods, customs duties and/or IGIC may apply, which will be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
Steps to place your order
- Add the products you want to the basket and confirm your order.
- Fill in your personal details: name, DNI/NIF, email, full address, postcode, town, province and telephone number.
- Select the delivery method and the payment method.
- Accept the terms and conditions and confirm your purchase.
Important information
- The price you pay in the shop does not include VAT (it is deducted automatically).
- Any customs duties, customs fees and/or IGIC are the customer's responsibility and are paid when the parcel is delivered.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
