Description
Forged straight paring knife with a 6 cm blade, Global GSF-33. Designed for cutting small vegetables and greens. Being forged makes it more robust. It has a wider handle to suit the specific needs of each professional.

Handcrafted in Japan and forged in a single piece from excellent-quality stainless steel; with a little basic care they will last a lifetime in excellent condition.
We recommend not washing them in the dishwasher; using a very harsh detergent or not drying them well can lead to a loss of the metal's lustre. It is always best, after using them, to wash them under running water with ordinary washing-up liquid and dry them well once rinsed.
