Highly versatile, the 3-in-1 combines a juicer, a zester and a channel knife for twist garnishes.

It is a durable, space-saving tool. The well-designed clear juicer on top of the device works as a protective cover for the zesting blade, made from stainless steel and manufactured in the United States.

Microplane's remarkably sharp blade creates finely grated citrus zest without removing the bitter white pith. At the opposite end of the tool, a circular channel knife turns citrus peel into twist garnishes.

The aromatic, flavourful swirls of citrus peel add panache to desserts such as sponge cakes, tarts and quick breads, and also make a delicious garnish for foods such as roast chicken and steaks.

A clear protective cap is included for the twist tool for safety when not in use.
