Materials and manufacture
Inoxibar works primarily with 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304), an alloy containing 18% chromium and 10% nickel that ensures maximum resistance to corrosion, along with durability and food hygiene. Its frying pan lines use forged aluminium with PFOA-free non-stick coatings. Much of the range features triple-layer encapsulated bases compatible with all heat sources, including induction.
Manufacturing takes place at its facilities in the Eitua Industrial Estate, in Berriz (Bizkaia), allowing the company to control quality throughout the entire production process. Inoxibar is one of the few companies in the sector to manufacture triple-layer frying pans entirely in Spain.
Commitment to sustainability
In 2019, Inoxibar became the first company in the sector to manage the complete life cycle of frying pans, launching its Plan Renove programme: an annual collection and recycling campaign. To date, the programme has recovered more than 37,500 frying pans and 10 tonnes of metal, which are fed back into production as raw material.
