100% Chef digital pocket pH meter.
This meter lets us measure the acidity or alkalinity of liquids. Indispensable for gelling or spherification processes. Stay ahead of mistakes and work with complete control of the process — it will help you achieve highly precise results. The PHScan meter also has a temperature sensor via the [ºC] key. The meter automatically compensates the pH reading in real time. The meter switches off automatically after 8 minutes without use. Fully watertight — even when it falls in water it floats and can work while completely submerged. The electrode lasts approximately one year. If you keep using it past the recommended period, this may affect the accuracy of the reading, so we advise recalibrating it. On the PHScan 30 model the electrode is an easy-to-remove and/or install connector.
