Description
This versatile mould for baguettes and tuiles by Ibili is ideal for baking, as it withstands heat without warping. Its design lets anyone bake perfect baguettes, thanks to the channels that hold the shape of the dough as it bakes.
It has a non-stick surface and excellent release thanks to its micro-perforated design. This tin allows much better heat circulation inside the oven, and when you take the tray out, air circulates more freely as it cools, achieving that crisp texture and soft crumb characteristic of professional-level baking.
The side opposite the channels lets you shape tuiles into their classic curved form.
