The dome of both ovens is made of unglazed ceramic/stoneware, so it must not be washed with soap or in the dishwasher (the porous ceramic would absorb the detergents). Simply clean it with hot water and a brush or sponge to remove any dough or flour residue, and leave it to air-dry before storing. The small dark marks that appear with use are normal and don't affect performance. Best wishes.
