Description
The rectangular Crispy Mat is the perfect non-stick silicone mat for cooking food in the oven. Its distinctive coned shape lets air circulate beneath the food and allows excess fat to collect in the mat's hollows during cooking. This keeps food crisp, tasty and light.
It can be used in the electric oven and conventional oven, but also in the microwave. It washes perfectly in the dishwasher without losing its shape.
This rectangular silicone cooking mat is available in two sizes: a small one of 290 x 220 mm (the red mat) and a larger one of 410 x 295 mm (in green); both mats are 11 mm high.
Made in Italy by Silikomart from high-quality 100% platinum silicone, withstanding temperatures from 30 °C below zero up to 260 °C.
Also available in a round version, ideal for use in the microwave.
