Gas connections vary from country to country: if your country does not share the Spanish connection, the burner is manufactured to order with the connection for your destination country, which takes around 10 days. The lacquered iron ones are very easy to store as they can be dismantled, and are available in standard and reinforced versions. The standard legs are used for burners up to 40 cm, and the reinforced legs are recommended for burners of 40 cm and above; on a 40 cm burner either type can be used. The only difference between them is that the reinforced legs have a crossbar joining all the legs at mid-height, which stops the legs from splaying under the weight of the pan.
The aluminium tripods are folding and height-adjustable, fit all burner sizes, and we offer two models: one with long legs and one for standing the burner on tables or worktops without scratching or damaging them. The main advantage of the aluminium legs over the lacquered iron ones is that they have a small screw thread that lets you level the burner.
