Description
Mini pie mould with a lattice pattern by Ibili. With this mould you can make delicious mini pies with the characteristic lattice top.
This mould is very easy to use: the two inner parts of the mould are completely smooth, and one of the two outer parts is what creates the lattice shape.
Roll out the pastry on a flat surface.
Cut the pastry with both faces of the mould: the smooth lower side and the patterned upper side.
Place the smoothly cut pastry inside the mould and add the filling you like: fruit, jam, etc.
Cover with the top pastry, close the mould and press, and you'll have a perfect little tart ready to bake.
