Description
This Ibili set of biscuit moulds — a star, a flower (florón) and a rosette (rosetón) in aluminium, together with the accompanying aluminium and wood handle — is made to full food-safe standards, being both sturdy and light.
You can start by frying with one shape, then fit another shape onto the handle and make a fresh batch of different pastries, so you end up with pastries in various shapes that look very attractive on any tray.
The moulds are 7 cm in diameter and the handle is 25 cm long.
They are easy to clean, and the set comes with a recipe.
