Description
Bûche kit with Wood mat by Silikomart Professional. Mould from the TortaFlex series.
A kit for making Swiss rolls or Christmas yule logs, with interchangeable mats for finishes in different textures. The kit is made up of the Wood mat and a bûche mould with a capacity of 1,300 ml and a finished product of 250 x 90 mm and 70 mm high. The mats can be bought separately in our shop; there are 8 different textures. The patterns on these mats end exactly as they begin, so you can add preparations one after another without the joins showing, achieving a product of whatever dimensions you need. You can optionally buy the Insert Bûche; with this mould you can very easily prepare different textures and flavours for the inside of your cake.
