Making chocolate turrón is very simple; here is one of the many recipes you can make.
You will need 250 g of milk chocolate, 150 g of hazelnut praline and, for that crunchy touch, 4 tablespoons of puffed rice.
Melt the chocolate and the praline in a bain-marie; for this you can use the excellent electric bain-marie available in this online shop, which ensures the chocolate is melted at just the right temperature without overheating.
Once properly melted, add the puffed rice and mix well.
Finally, all you have to do is pour the mixture into the silicone turrón mould and leave it to cool. As easy and simple as that.
