Description
A classic, timeless shape suitable for a variety of cakes. The Fingers 30 mould by Silikomart was designed in collaboration with master pâtissier François Galtier. It has 12 cavities of 30 ml each and a total volume of 360 ml, measuring 80 x 22 mm with a height of 22 mm. For creating elegant, charming and everlasting preparations, and a perfect final presentation.
Includes the cutter for making inserts and 12 original bases for presenting the cakes, which match the shape of the mould perfectly.
The mould stands out for its extreme versatility, suitable for use in both the oven and the freezer as it withstands high temperatures. The elasticity and flexibility of the material also let you fold the mould easily so it takes up little space.
