Description
The Ibili tall flexible silicone mould, 26 cm with 5.5 cm high walls and a 2.5 L capacity, is a perfect mould for making deep, thick cakes and sponges in any oven and as a special mould for pudding, cold jellies, bavarois, ice cream cakes, etc., as its 100% silicone construction allows a temperature range between -60 °C and 230 °C.
These 100% silicone moulds are very easy to turn out and simple to clean, and can also go in the dishwasher.
It is made by the Spanish firm Ibili with the finest silicones, and can be used in the microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher.
This tall silicone mould with a 5.5 cm high wall can be used to make thick, fluffy sponges and cakes that you can then fill with fruit, creams, chocolate, etc.
It is also good for preparing tasty ice cream cakes, cold jellies or bavarois, and vegetable or fish puddings, etc.
