Description
Arcos micro-serrated table steak knife 110 mm.
Stainless steel, the main material used for everyday cutlery, gives almost limitless strength and durability.
Martensitic stainless steel blades with a high chromium content and excellent mechanical properties, reaching a minimum hardness of 48 HRc. Average composition: 0.30% carbon (C); 13.70% chromium (Cr); 0.30% manganese (Mn); 0.20% silicon (Si).
The handles are made from layers of compressed wood impregnated with phenolic resin, stainless steel and polypropylene, to improve water resistance, hardness and durability against dishwasher use.
