Materials:

The body of the moulds is made from chromed steel to guarantee a clean cut through the sheet of dough. The central disc, thanks to an anodised aluminium spring mechanism, is designed to press the filling evenly and produce a perfect half-sphere.

Colours:

Marcato moulds are available in three different colours: Copper Bronze, Pale Gold and Gun Metal. The special finish is applied by PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition), a process that deposits a thin metallic film over the chrome, guaranteeing a striking visual effect and a hardened surface.

Woods:

The handles of the moulds are solid wood, finished with natural wax and laser-engraved. Their ergonomic shape makes the grip stable and easy to use. The woods are matched to the various colours:

Copper Bronze - Mahogany.

Pale Gold - Beech.

Gun Metal - Canaletto Walnut.
