The Chef tri-ply frying pan is made from aluminium up to 4 mm thick depending on the diameter. Aluminium is an excellent heat conductor, so it distributes heat more quickly and evenly.
Stainless steel tube handle that makes them oven safe, with an anti-heating system that stops the handle reaching the high temperatures of the base.
Three layers of non-stick coating free from PTFE and PFO, environmentally friendly and with traces of titanium that provide complete non-stick performance for all dishes as well as strong scratch resistance.
These frying pans can be used on gas, electric and ceramic hobs; they are not suitable for induction hobs. They can also be washed in the dishwasher, although as with all frying pans we recommend washing by hand.
