Does the handle get hot?

The handle of Lacor's TriChef range is cast 18/10 stainless steel. In normal use — induction, or a flame matched to the diameter of the base — it stays at a manageable temperature, although like any metal handle it can get hot during long cooking or if the flame extends beyond the base; in that case simply use a cloth or oven glove. The advantage of this steel handle is that the pan can go in the oven, something that handles with plastic parts don't allow. Kind regards.
