To use it, simply place half a piece of fruit in the lever arm; as you lower the arm and press gently on the cone, the juicer starts automatically and begins to squeeze the fruit, letting everything fall into the stainless steel tray, which filters out the pulp and lets only the juice through to the collecting tray. This tray has a spout that you can open or close as you wish, so you can pour the juice straight into the glass as you squeeze, or collect the juice in the tray. You can also use the juicer without the lever arm, placing the fruit onto the cone directly by hand.
