Designed in HR® (high-resistance) ceramic, it spreads the heat evenly throughout the cooking process. Then, at the table, it stays hot during the meal, allowing optimal tasting. Strong and robust, it goes in the oven, under the grill at high temperature, and can be reheated or defrosted in the microwave.
