Set of plastic bushes, an original Lacor spare part for fixing the table to the gas patio heater, both the stainless steel model and the black one. Supplied in a bag as a complete set, it screws on by hand and replaces cracked or lost bushes so that the table sits firmly again.
Description
These bushes are the plastic nuts that fix the table to the post of Lacor's 69400 gas patio heater, the 12 kW stainless steel model seen on bar and restaurant terraces. With use, sunlight and the assembly and dismantling of every season they end up cracking, or they get lost when the heater is put away, and without them the table is loose and rattles. Lacor supplies them as an original spare part in a bag, ready to replace the worn ones.

If the heater table wobbles, if a bush turns without tightening or if there is a crack in the plastic, it is time to change them. It is worth checking them when the heater is assembled at the start of the cold season, with the heater switched off and cold, and always replacing the complete set so that the table sits level. No special tools are needed: they screw on by hand.
With the heater switched off, cold and the gas cylinder disconnected, remove the table by loosening the old bushes; if one is seized, a cloth gives enough grip, without pliers that could damage the thread on the post. Clean the seating area, put the table back in position and screw the new bushes on by hand until it is firm, tightening them alternately so that the table does not sit at an angle. Then check that it does not move before reconnecting the gas.
A patio heater works outdoors: the sun dries out the plastic, rain and salt degrade it, and every dismantling at the end of the season is a chance for a bush to go missing. A loose table is not just a nuisance: glasses and ashtrays rattle and, if the heater is knocked, the table can come away. The spare set costs little and is kept in the assembly bag, together with the wheels and the cover, so it is to hand at the start of the season.
The bushes are cleaned with soapy water, without solvents that attack plastic. At the end of the season it is a good idea to loosen them, clean the thread on the post and store them separately in the bag so they do not get lost; when the heater is assembled again, simply screw them back on. Do not tighten them with tools: the plastic breaks before the steel of the post.
This spare part belongs to the Lacor gas patio heater, 12 kW in stainless steel. In the patio heaters section you will also find the wheels and the cover for the same heater.
Yes. Lacor's spare parts list assigns them both to the stainless steel 69400 and to the black 69401, which share the same table.
Lacor sells the complete set for the table in a single bag. They are all replaced at the same time.
No. They are plastic bushes that screw on by hand; just tighten them until the table is firm, without forcing.
They do not touch the gas circuit: they only hold the table to the post. Even so, any work is done with the heater switched off and cold.
Yes, it is Lacor's official spare part, the same one that comes in the heater's assembly bag.
If it is not in our warehouse, we add it to the next weekly order to Lacor; the indicative lead time is shown on this page under availability.
