Hello Marga, all the lid's components are stainless steel, and it has a BLACK cover, which is the top part. The cover is made of high-temperature-resistant plastic; the only thing is that it couldn't go in the oven. The interior doesn't have any non-stick compound; it's also stainless steel. Best regards.
