This pressure cooker has a pressure-control valve that locks the opening at 0.1 bar; it's adjustable from 0 to 0.9 bar to vary the internal pressure of the pot according to the food being cooked, and it has 2 further safety valves that prevent the pot from reaching pressures above 1.5 bar and 2.2 bar. The cooking-time reduction reaches 70% depending on the food and the pressure you select. It also complies with European Community Directive 97/23/EC. We stock original spare parts for the silicone seal, the lid handle, the body handle, the body's side handle, the pressure valve and the safety valve, plus the option of buying just the pot's lid. The LACOR Tempo series pressure cooker has a pressure control valve that lets you select the pressure from 0 to 0.9 bar – in other words, from less pressure for some foods such as vegetables and fish, up to maximum pressure for meat and pulses.

The LACOR Tempo series pressure cookers have internal markings that show the fill capacity in litres. We advise never filling more than 2/3 of the capacity.
