The Arilex NEUTRA 18 ambient display cabinet is a single-tier unit with a 1.80-metre front, the highest-capacity option in the ambient range without a triple tier. Designed for display without refrigeration or heat, it is ideal for large counters displaying tapas, pastries, bread, cured meats, cheeses and gourmet products that need no special storage conditions. Made in Spain, it combines a stainless steel base with toughened safety glass on the sides and top surface.

With its 1.80 m front and 250 mm usable height, it is designed for restaurants with a large counter, high-turnover bakeries, patisseries with a varied range, gourmet shops, catering, ice cream parlours displaying more than one flavour and high-volume bars.

Maintenance and cleaning

Daily cleaning of the glass with a non-abrasive glass cleaner and of the stainless steel base with a soft cloth and a dedicated cleaner. The rear doors come off for a thorough wash. There are no electrical or refrigeration components, so there are no points of failure or compulsory inspections.
