The trolley is assembled on receipt and the PANORAMIC 2GN display is placed on top, sitting at the correct working height. The braked swivel castors let you move the assembly while cold (before service) to position it in the optimum spot: counter, worktop, self-service area, catering pass. Once in position, the brakes are applied and the trolley stays locked throughout service.
