Description
Oval cast iron casserole dish by Sitram. The rim is thick and warp-resistant, with a bright red enamel finish and a light beige interior — high-quality casseroles suitable for all hobs, including induction.
Vitrified cast iron, with heat transfer and distribution that are perfect. Especially suited to slow cooking over a low heat for the most tender, flavoursome meat.
Available in two sizes:
- 4 litres for 3–4 people and a size of 27 x 21 cm.
- 6.5 litres for 6–8 people and a size of 33 x 25 cm.
