Interior with a thick encapsulated base that distributes heat evenly across the bottom, so they can be used for longer with lower energy consumption. Very sturdy handles with enough well-placed weld points to withstand the continuous, constant use of the professional world.
The internal capacity scale is only fitted on pots with diameters from 16 cm to 24 cm.
