I have a roll of your brand, the 105-micron one — will it work for cooking at 65 degrees???

Hello Nieves, rolls and bags for cooking have to be certified to withstand temperatures, and depending on the cooking temperature they last more or less time. The Lacor rolls are very good for vacuum-packing and among the thickest, at 105 microns, whereas the norm on the market is between 70 and 90 microns. However, they aren't suitable for cooking, as they aren't certified and it isn't known at what temperature they start to break down or what type of substances they release. We don't currently have rolls for cooking, but on the website you'll find cooking bags in various sizes, from both LACOR and GARHE, both certified for cooking. Best regards.

They are the most expensive bags we stock, but also the thickest. These Lacor vacuum sealer bags are 105 microns thick, one of the greatest thicknesses on the market, and therefore very strong, high-quality bags. On our website you will also find thinner, more economical bags. These sealing bags are suitable for Lacor sealers but also for other brands of external-suction sealer: Garhe, Elma, Food Saver, Jata, Rialpack, Laica, Alfa and so on.

They can be used in the freezer; however, if you need bags for sealing and later cooking, you will need a different type of bag able to withstand cooking temperatures, which you can also find in this online shop.

These Lacor vacuum sealer bags are made from 100% food-safe plastic, and you can use them with the confidence that the vacuum seal will remain intact for a long time.

El precio de las bolsas de envasado al vacío es muy bueno , afortunadamente pude comprar en esta página las de tamaño pequeño pues en la tienda donde adquirí la envasadora no tienen stock de esta medida
