Description
Charcoal oven Oven140 for 130-140 diners by Pujadas, made from top-quality stainless steel and vitrified iron.
This charcoal oven by Pujadas is lined with insulating materials that optimise charcoal use and reduce heat radiation.
This Pujadas charcoal oven lets you regulate the air intake and smoke outlet with several adjustment positions.
Oven with a double firebreak in the chimney, unlike other charcoal ovens.
The Pujadas Oven140 charcoal oven has a taller interior cabin that allows several grills to be used, so you can work far more comfortably.
The charcoal hopper in this oven (the only iron part of the oven) is the deepest on the market, which makes the charcoal last longer than in other ovens. It is also made up of individual bars, so if one bends through use (entirely normal after a few years), you only need to replace that individual bar rather than the whole hopper.
Its ash-collection drawer is made from high-quality stainless steel, which provides better thermal insulation during lighting.
The side door of this oven is fitted with 8 screws, so you can easily open the space where the door chain sits, which is usually the biggest problem with ovens, and fix it quickly and simply.
External thermometer to monitor the temperature.
Available in three colours: black, red and stainless steel.
In the red and black finishes the door is vitrified iron and the rest of the oven is stainless steel, except for the hopper.
In the stainless steel finish the whole oven is stainless steel, except for the hopper.
