The electromagnetic field produced by induction hobs transfers heat directly to the pan, avoiding the energy loss generated when cooking with gas.

As it is transferred directly to the pot, the heat concentrates where it is needed, saving energy and, of course, time.

Thanks to their sensitivity, induction hobs give the cook a level of control that traditional cookers cannot match.

Without a specific pan to activate the magnetic field, induction hobs do not heat up.
