Description
Knife set from the Uniblock series by 3 Claveles. High quality, made in La Rioja, ideal for both home and professional kitchens, and especially suited to catering students looking for entry-level knives with an excellent quality-to-price ratio without moving up to more exclusive, expensive ranges.
Made from AISI 420 WNR1-4116 molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel by stamping, giving a hardness of 56 HRc Rockwell, with riveted POM (polyoxymethylene) scales that are hard-wearing and hygienic.
