Hi Cris. This is one of the most affordable mandolines we have, but also one of the simplest. It has 3 double blades that let you make 6 different cuts by combining the thickness, 1.5 mm or 3 mm, with the type of cut — straight, crinkle, batons and julienne. To adjust more cutting thicknesses, we'd move up to the next mandoline, the Lacor model 60356, which has several settings from 1 mm up to 9 mm; you'll find it in this same shop. Kind regards.

Description

The V-blade mandoline with 6 cutting styles by the Spanish manufacturer IBILI lets you slice vegetables and other foods, combining quality and practicality. You can make plain and crinkle cuts, batons and julienne. With this “V” mandoline you get cutting thicknesses of 1.5 or 3 mm. Its clear food holder protects your fingers and lets you see the cuts as you make them.

With the IBILI V-blade mandoline you get several different cut finishes by swapping the various blades. The mandoline comes with a leaflet explaining how to achieve the different cuts and finishes on the foods you use.

Its blades are made from stainless steel in a “V” shape for more effective cutting.

The blades that aren't in use are stored in a guard to prevent accidents and stop them getting lost.

Its base has a large container that collects everything as you slice.

All the parts of this kitchen utensil can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
