We're preparing a series of items to add to the shop over the coming weeks, and among them is a kit of 10 disposable piping bags with a 24 mm smooth nozzle designed for making croquettes. This kit is fairly inexpensive, and you can replace the bags and reuse the nozzle, which is stainless steel.

Description

The ILSA churro maker, or machine for making churros and biscuits, is a practical, sturdy and easy-to-use tool.

You can enjoy freshly made homemade churros or biscuits whenever you like, with all the assurances and hygiene of the materials used in its making and handling. You can use whichever ingredients you prefer, replacing, for example, wheat flour with maize or rice flour to make tasty churros suitable for coeliacs.

It comes with 8 different discs of 6.5 cm in diameter to make it easier to choose for your recipe. To make churros you use the appropriate nozzle, fill the central body with the dough and press the lever to release the dough into very hot oil. To make different biscuits, choose from the various discs, fill the cylindrical body of the machine with the dough and press the lever once onto the baking tray.

With this churro and biscuit machine you can make not only tasty, traditional churros, but also pasta flora or tea biscuits, chocolate profiteroles, almond bars, spaghetti or long pasta, and even croquettes.

This churro maker, or biscuit press, is made in Vitoria by ILSA, and comes with simple instructions and a recipe booklet to guide you in making all these culinary preparations.

Thanks to the quality of its materials, this churro and biscuit machine is very easy to clean: it comes apart completely and its parts can be washed easily by hand or in the dishwasher.

Made from aluminium tube. Upper and lower nuts in cast aluminium alloy. The lever and rod are chrome-plated iron. It is 19.30 cm tall and the lever is 15.50 cm long.
