Nemox GELATO 4K Touch i-Green ice cream maker, a fully automatic machine with touch controls designed for restaurants and small to medium businesses that need genuinely professional equipment.

The Gelato 4K TOUCH i-Green is fitted with an electronic board that manages a series of controls and automatically starts the storage cycle when the ice cream is ready, keeping the product at the perfect consistency for as long as you want.

The i-Green 4K Touch ice cream maker produces around 1 kg of ice cream every 12-15 minutes, which means an output of around 4 kg per hour.

Its continuous operation lets you quickly prepare a variety of flavours.

The body is made entirely from stainless steel, as are the removable bowl and the mixing blade, which have interchangeable inserts. Air cooling. Removable power cable.

HOW IT WORKS:

The operator simply pours the mix into the container and presses the start button to automatically begin the production and storage cycle. Progress is shown by the LEDs on the TIMELINE bar lighting up progressively.

When the ice cream reaches the maximum consistency detected by the software, the machine switches to storage mode.

The software also includes a pause function that can be activated both during preparation and during storage of the ice cream. This function is triggered by an audible alert every 10 seconds.

The green heart, highlighted in the design, lets the machines run more efficiently and sustainably, saving electricity and respecting the environment.
