With natural gas it is best to choose a smaller pan than the one shown in this table, because the burner delivers less power than with butane or propane.
Sizes not shown in the list fall in the gap between the burner rings and are not recommended by the manufacturer.
The recommended paella pan sizes are approximate. Other diameters can be used.
It runs on butane and propane gas, but the burners can also be supplied for natural gas (state the destination country and gas type on the order). They are approved under European standards UNE EN 203-1 and EN203-1/A1 for indoor use. The thermocouple safety valve cuts off the gas supply if it detects that there is no flame on the burners.
These commercial paella burners are made with a vitreous enamel finish that makes upkeep and cleaning easier and, with little care, ensures a long product life.
