iSi professional N2O chargers for whippers

The new professional N2O chargers for whippers for cream and foam by iSi substantially improve on the performance of the old chargers.

The new professional chargers contain more gas in practically the same volume as the old chargers, with the resulting increase in pressure and improvement in volume output. The new professional chargers are slightly larger than the old chargers (the increase is practically imperceptible), but they still fit the existing charger holders.

The whippers need the same number of chargers, that is, one for the 1/2 and 1/4 litre and two for the 1 litre. The higher pressure of the new professional chargers means you do not have to add more chargers to fully empty the whipper.

The higher output of the new professional chargers means that, from the same amount of liquid put into the whipper, you get up to +20% more volume of whipped product compared with the old chargers, with the resulting saving on product.

The resulting emulsion is much lighter, airier, more stable and longer-lasting. It also has fewer calories but the same intensity of flavour.
